Please note that in the past few years Bai Xep has become a popular destination for domestic tourists and vacationers. Now, in the evenings on weekends and holidays and throughout the summer months, a great deal of noise often comes from portable karaoke systems that set up among the seafood restaurants on the beach near Haven. The singers tend to drink heavily, set their speakers to high volume, and perform with great enthusiasm and stamina.
